Jon Sheu is a fellow in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Sheu attended the University of California, Davis for his undergraduate studies. After graduation, he worked as an emergency medical technician, microbiologist, and stem cell researcher for the next five years, ultimately returning to continue his medical education at the University of Miami, where he won awards for both leadership and teaching. He completed a general surgery internship at the University of Hawai'i in Honolulu before starting his orthopaedic training in Flint, Michigan at the Michigan State University-affiliated McLaren Flint residency program. He is thrilled to bring his skills and knowledge to Stanford and pursue a career in pediatric orthopaedics to better the lives and well-being of his youngest patients. He currently lives in Menlo Park, California with his wife and young son.
