I began my Orthopedic career while at Grace College, starting in Medical Education at Zimmer. From there I moved into the Sales organization as a Service Rep in the Cleveland area. In 2006 I started in Extremities at Biomet as a Product Manager for Upper Extremity Joint Reconstruction. Since then I've worked with hand/wrist/elbow/shoulder and within the Sports/Trauma/Recon business units as a Senior Product Manager in Shoulders. Following those experiences, I spent 2 years within the Commercial Sales organization. Since early 2021, the focus for me has been purely on Upper Extremity Marketing and Strategic Messaging as a Senior Marketing Manager.
