Yocum’s Test (for Subacromial Impingement)

Video Description

Yocum’s test is used to evaluate for subacromial impingement syndrome. The patient places the affected side on the opposite shoulder. The patient actively raises their elbow. In the modified version, they raise the elbow against resistance. A positive test is pain or weakness.
