Fall from high ground

PMH

None

PE

Left lower extremity : DP and PT pulses are palpable . Capillary refill time <2seconds. Tenderness over greater trochanter. No Open wounds. Lower extremity appears shortened and externally rotated. Compartment are soft to palpation.
