A 43 y/o male presented to ER with the complaint of left shoulder pain and deformity after a motorcycle collision with a car and his left shoulder sustained a direct trauma to a pillar.

PMH

his past medical history was negative.

PE

In observation moderate swelling and multiple abrasion was detected.
