Advance Osteoarthritis of left Hip with broken DHS lag screw

HPI

History of trauma (fall) in 1991 had fracture neck of femur, Was operated with dhs, DHS removal was done in 1995, Pain since last 4 year, dill aching type, gradually progressive, Difficulty in walking and performing activities of daily living (adl) since than. Pain aggravated by standing /walking, partially relieved by rest and medication.
