HPI
This is a 13 years old girl, presented to our outpatient department few months back, complaining of left leg mass and limping gait. Patient family started noticing the mass few years back with no change in size, no history of weight loss.
PMH
Patient known to have tetrotlogy of fallout in which she underwent surgery while she was 11 months old, also patient has fusion of L3, L4 and L5 vertebral bodies.
PE
Leg length discrepancy of 3 cm. Trendelenburg gait on the right side. Mass is hard in texture, none tender, no mobile, around 3 X 2 cm over the medial anterior aspect of the tibia.
