Questions target "tested concepts" from the newest AAOS OITE and AAOS Self-Assessment Exams. All questions undergo a rigorous multi-level peer review process by orthopaedic surgeons to ensure the highest-quality. Questions on Milestone Diagnostic Exams are newly released, cover all specialties, and are not available in our premium Qbank to ensure an "even playing field" for all exam takers.

How We Generate the Curve

Our benchmark exam curve is generated from first-time, timed, exam takers from 130 US academic programs. Our proprietary data and methodology allows us to generate a PGY% Rank that is predictive and correlates with AAOS OITE PGY% Rank Scores.

Planned Release Schedule

  Every month, one to two new Milestone Diganostic Exams are released each with 25 Never-Before-Seen questions from every specialty. Each June we will release our annual GLOBE Exam with 100 questions. Questions from the most recent exams can only be found on these Diagnostic Milestone Exams and are not available in the premium QBank. After 2 to 3 months the questions are released from the Diagnostic Milestone Exams into the Premium QBank.
