ABSTRACT
Little League shoulder is a syndrome involving the proximal humeral epiphyseal plate. It is charaeterized by pain when pitching and is associated with specific roentgenographic changes. Three adolescent boys, all baseball pitchers and students at a local baseball school, were referred by their instructor for evaluation of shoulder pain associated with throwing a baseball. All three had early proximal humeral epiphyseolysis. We are reporting the case of one of the boys who was followed until the lesion showed complete repair, as documented roentgenographically.
