A 40-year-old female presents after a skiing injury where she fell 20 ft and landed on her right arm 5 months prior. She has had persistent pain and weakness of the right shoulder. She has full passive motion of the right shoulder but unable to actively abduct her right shoulder more than 40 degrees and has marked weakness with internal rotation.
