You are performing a right-sided anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on a 23-year-old male patient. He underwent appropriate pre-surgical rehabilitation, and had full range of motion prior to surgery. You have prepared the lateral wall, and centered your femoral tunnel 9 mm anterior to the intercondylar ridge, at the 10 o'clock position. Further on in the surgical case, you center the tibial tunnel at the native ACL footprint, in line with the posterior border of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus. The surgery is completed without complication. Assuming that the patient is compliant with post-operative restrictions and physical therapy, what would be his expected physical examination findings one-year after surgery?
