Radiographs reveal end-stage arthritis involving the ulnohumeral and radiocapitellar joints without subchondral collapse. Examination reveals limited motion including a flexion-extension arc of 75° and a pronation-supination arc of 70°. He has no laxity with varus and valgus testing.
