A 62-year-old female undergoes revision right total hip arthroplasty as part of a 2-stage surgery for prosthetic joint infection. The revision case was challenging secondary to abundant scar tissue around the acetabular rim. However, the case was completed without complication. When she presents to the clinic 6 weeks post-op, she is ambulating without a walker and is satisfied with her recovery. Her plain films taken in the clinic are seen in Figure A.
