A 21-year-old male football player sustains a traumatic anterior shoulder dislocation that is successfully reduced. He is diagnosed with an anterior-inferior labral tear and taken to the OR two weeks later. Intraoperatively, the glenoid measures 9mm from the bare area to the anterior edge (Figure A, line A) and 12mm from the bare area to the posterior edge (Figure A, line B). The glenoid defect is 5mm in length (Figure B, line X). There is a Hill Sachs lesion that does not engage the anterior glenoid at 90° abduction and 90° external rotation. What is the next best step?
