Gamma4 Design Trochanteric Nail The Gamma4 Trochanteric Nail is 170mm long and has a 4º ML bend. Diameter options include 9,10,11,12 and 13mm. Due to the straight shaft it can be universally applied (left/right). The distance from the proximal end of the nail to the Lag Screw has been reduced by 5mm compared to the legacy system. Smaller Proximal Size Proximal diameter of Ø15.5mm Proximal body is 5mm shorter and beveled for less trochanteric protrusion Optional end caps available Straight Shaft for Universal Application Due to the straight shaft, the Gamma4 trochanteric nail can be universally applied (left/right sides).
