Dr. Phillips is a board-certified orthpaedic adult reconstruction surgeon with a focus on total knee arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty revisions. Dr. Phillips graduated from the University of California, where he studied Molecular Biology. He graduated from North University Medical School, where his research focused on applying new technnology to improve medical education. Following medical school, Dr. Phillips completed his residency in orthopaedics at University Medical Center and his fellowship in adult reconstriction surgery at the Adult Recon Hopsital in California.
