Dr. Haissam Elzaim is board certified in Orthopedic surgery, specializing in joint replacement, sports medicine and fracture care. Dr. Elzaim attended the Lebanese American University of Beirut where he received a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Dr. Elzaim attended the American University of Beirut where he received a Master of Science Degree in Human Morphology. He then attended the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, TX where he received a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology, and a medical degree, graduating with honors. While at UTMB he completed a post-graduate fellowship in microbiology and immunology. Dr. Elzaim then completed training in orthopedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.
