Cody C. Wyles, M.D., is Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Clinical Anatomy. He is a Senior Associate Consultant of Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. As an internationally recognized hip and knee reconstruction surgeon, his clinical focus includes: Direct anterior total hip arthroplasty Robotic and computer navigated total hip and knee arthroplasty Revision total hip and knee arthroplasty Primary total hip and knee arthroplasty Periprosthetic fracture Periprosthetic joint infection Reconstruction of hip and knee fracture In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Wyles is active in research, education, and leadership. He has received numerous prestigious awards for his research that is routinely published in high-impact journals. He is the Director of the Orthopedic Surgery Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Wyles provides clinical teaching and mentorship to fellows, residents, and medical students through Mayo Clinic training programs. He serves on multiple institutional and national committees including the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the American Joint Replacement Registry.
