Northshore Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Roderick Chandler is a native of Louisiana and earned top honors throughout his medical training at Louisiana State University, while completing his residency at Tulane University. He enjoys all aspects of general orthopedics with interests in joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, and sports medicine. He has served as team physician for Southeastern Louisiana University and multiple local high schools. Dr. Chandler treats children and adults of all ages. When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Chandler enjoys playing tennis and working out. He enjoys all outdoor activities like working in his garden and beekeeping. Dr. Chandler also works very closely with his son’s high school robotics team and serves as a mentor for them. Dr. Chandler sees patients in Covington and Hammond.
