Biography

Dr. Pulley grew up in Lancaster, New York and attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio for his undergraduate studies, where he graduated cum laude and earned a Bachelor of Science with honors. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and subsequently performed his orthopaedic residency training at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Pulley completed additional fellowship training at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California with a focus on orthopaedic trauma, hip reconstruction, and hip preservation surgery. He maintains a special interest in fractures of the pelvis and acetabulum, as well as multiple extremity trauma, and complex periarticular and long bone fractures. He has special training in direct anterior total hip joint replacement as well as hip joint preservation techniques, including periacetabular osteotomy. Dr. Pulley is excited to be returning to Ohio with his wife and three young children. He enjoys trail running, cycling, and exploring the National Parks with his family.
