After earning her BA cum laude in English from Harvard University, Dr. Johnson graduated with her MD from the University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Foot and Ankle Fellowship at HSS. Prior to returning to HSS in March, 2018, she practiced at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School from 2008-2018. Dr. Johnson was Captain of the Harvard Women's Ice Hockey Team, achieving All-Ivy and ECAC accolades.
