Michael is originally from Glen Rock, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and went on to attend medical school at Florida Atlantic University. During medical school, he completed a one-year Research Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Some of his favorite hobbies include watching college football, playing golf, weightlifting, and traveling with his wife, Alison.
