This video shows a 29-year old female patient with hip pain and posterior extraarticular ischiofemoral hip impingement. She has high femoral version above 35° and the impingement conflict (red zone in the video) is mainly located between the ischium and the lesser trochanter. This video is made with a patient-specific CT-based 3D-model using a software for dynamic simulation of hip impingement of the University of Bern, Switzerland.
