septic arthritis of the right hip in a 13 years old boy, revealed by a weight bearing deficit and flessum during 6 days prior to his admission.

under general anesthesia:
- hueter incision.
-neurolysis of the femorocutaneous nerve.
-clivage between the tensor of the fascia lata and the sartorius muscle
- the capsulotomy gives a shady and fluid puriform liquid.
-abundant washing of the capsule until lightening
- synovial biopsy
-placement of a redon drain in the joint
-points by stitch on skin (nylon 3/0)
- dressing, pelvic leg splint
