Our technique for arthroscopic treatment of femoroacetabular impingement. The surgical stages are displayed in the top blue title and include diagnostic arthroscopy, detachment of the labrum, debridement of the cartilage, acetabuloplasty, labral base refixation, review of the labrum fixation and sealing of the joint, diagnostic arthroscopy of the peripheral compartment, and femoral osteoplasty.
